The Nova scheme is part of the continued transformation of Victoria, central London, with Mace appointed as main contractor to deliver the 67,500 square metres first phase.
Construction started in June 2013 and takes place over four years. The first phase offers 44,600 square metres of efficient, high quality office accommodation, 7,400 square metres of retail/restaurant space and 170 luxury modern apartments within three architecturally striking buildings at the heart of a new, pedestrianised, landscaped public quarter. The site is located on Victoria Street, Bressenden Place and Buckingham Palace Road in London's SW1.
Fulcro authored the architectural content to establish a Stage D Baseline Model for this project. As part of the discovery period, we brought together all other model information made available to us and carried out a review and analysis on behalf of Mace. This provided visibility of the project's design and coordination. We also prepared a BIM Execution Plan for the project team to adopt.
